Over the years we have been manufacturing our earthing bed sheets and pillowcases here in the UK, we’ve been asked this BIG QUESTION a lot !
Can I put another sheet over the top of my new Earthing Sheet ?
Lets be 100% clear, the answer is NO you can’t. But why ?
This is because you are insulating yourself from the sheet that you’ve purchased to get your body earthed. By putting another sheet over the top you have introduced a barrier between you and the Earthing Sheet. Its that simple……
Some Earthing or Grounding companies out there with zero Electrical Engineering knowledge, tell you that you can and it will work well. It won’t.
What they are relying on and this is also the case for the sweaty rubber mats people sell to put under your traditional bed sheets, is that your sweat will go through the top sheet and onto the earthing sheet or mat. This then will in certain places on the body earth you a little.
But who wants to be earthed by their by their sweat whilst you are sleeping ?
So we made a quick video below, showing you why it’s never a good idea to do this. So many slick videos online tell you that this is fine and the main reason they do this, is that they want you to buy from them as they know you want to earth, but still use your own bedding.
Most of these AI generated videos with American generic cheesy voiceovers you see online are coming from China directly – They can’t sell in to the USA any more because of Donald Trumps Tariffs, so they are pushing very hard in Europe and the UK.
These companies think that people won’t notice that on their very slick websites they don’t have:-
- Any company contact details
- Company contact phone numbers
- Where they are based in the world
- Returns policies

Some of these Chinese companies will accept returns, but only if you haven’t used the product.
That’s just plain stupid and misleading ! You have to try something to know it will work for you…….
