80cm Square Multi Purpose Earthing Sheet – Overview
Just pop the sheet on the floor or on the armrest of a chair, attach the earthing cable and plug it into a wall socket. Its really that simple to set up.
The socket is usually switched off all the time and there is no need to unplug from the wall when you are not using the sheet. You are just using the earth connection which is unaffected by the switch on your socket.
You can use this 80cm square Earthing Multi Purpose Sheet in a multitude of ways from on a floor to provide earthing when meditating or just on the armrest of a chair when you are watching TV. It has a multitude of uses even for pets. But the most important thing you need to do is have skin contact with the sheet to feel the benefit.
Even though it’s just touching your bare feet or arm, you are earthed and ready get some quality free electrons from the earth to help you regenerate.

For laundering the product, we find its best to wash it at 40C weekly, with a non bio eco detergent / no conditioner and to protect the sheet wash it separately. Tumble dry on a medium heat. We recommend you use Laundry Strips from Tru Earth. We recommend this product as from our own tests it does not damage the silver threads in the sheet and can actually extend the life of the product.
