Sleep Earthed Affiliate Marketing Programme

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Sleep Earthed Affiliate Program.

In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Sleep Earthed” refers to Sleep Earthed, with whom you are entering this agreement with.

By applying to the Sleep Earthed affiliate program, you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Who Should Apply ?

We have a few basic requirements below and if you feel you qualify then get in touch.

You have an established website, blog, client base or social media following
You have understood and agreed to our Affiliate Program Terms of Service
You are not a coupon or offer site

Commissions

For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links.

Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard. The Affiliate will receive a commission for each new sale.

Commissions are paid at the end of each calendar month and are subject to any customer refunds. Commission is not paid on refunded goods.

The commission we offer is 10% of the value of the order to the Affiliate and excludes carriage costs.

Most UK orders are delivered carriage free. Outside of the UK we do charge for carriage. No commission is paid on the carriage cost.

The Coupon via the Referral URL from your promotions / social media will give your client a discount of up to 10% off the value of their order, which is helpful and encourages your client to make the purchase.

This may exclude certain products or categories from time to time which are determined solely by Sleep Earthed.

Coupon Websites

We do not allow commission to be credited for any referrals from a coupon website. A coupon website is defined as “A web site listing coupons, coupon codes, and other savings offers which are freely accessible to the public and may be redeemed at other retail websites or stores.” These websites typically appear on search engines when searching for terms such as; Sleep Earthed discounts, discount code Sleep Earthed, Sleep Earthed Sheet coupons, etc.

Refunds

In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

Usage and Obligations.

Affiliates are permitted to use the Sleep Earthed brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliates section of the Sleep Earthed affiliates program. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright, or any other rights to these materials. The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Sleep Earthed. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Sleep Earthed. The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Sleep Earthed, or their relationship with Sleep Earthed in a false or misleading way. The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Sleep Earthed.

Term and Termination.

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice. If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Sleep Earthed will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.

Modification.

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.

Changes to terms.

On occasions Sleep Earthed may be required to review and change the terms of our affiliate scheme and we reserve the right to do this.
